What you’ll do:
As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll drive commercial growth and deliver sales budgets across our product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs. You’ll play a key role in planning and presenting performance insights to the Senior Executive team, helping shape the strategy and future direction of the business.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate on a specification approach for our huge portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives.
- Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities
- Lead the strategic direction of category sales within your region.
- Stay engaged across the business, with a particular focus on the Sales function.
