Having gained 20+ years’ experience in the recruitment sector Victoria has recently been appointed as Director for Involve Recruitment (Midlands Ltd), the latest branch in the expansion of Involve Recruitment, situated in the prestigious Deansgate offices in Wolverhampton.
Victoria’s career in recruitment spans two decades and has seen her head up teams within large global and national organisations as well as independent recruitment businesses.
Victoria has extensive experience across the Commercial, Construction and Technical sectors, in both operational and training and development capacities. Her expertise covers the full recruitment service solution, from volume recruitment for large, blue chip organisations to individual hires for SMEs and local businesses.
Julie brings over 11 years of commercial recruitment experience to Involve Recruitment and was integral in opening the branch with Victoria in April 2019. Having had a successful career with a national high street recruiter, Julie specialises in the permanent commercial sector.
Julie is specifically trained to recruit for Business Admin Support, Sales and Marketing, HR, Customer Services and Call Centre, Finance and Accounts, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport, Import and Export personnel from ground level to Executive hire. Prior to recruitment Julie had a successful career within financial services and therefore has bought this knowledge with her to specialise in the financial services sector. Her client partners range from large blue-chip financial organisations, to smaller, independent companies looking for a specific individual.

Laura has over 7 years of Commercial and HR recruitment experience with a national recruiter and specialises in the Permanent, Temporary and contract Commercial sector .
Laura is specifically trained to recruit for Business Admin Support, Sales and Marketing, HR, Customer Services and Call Centre,, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport, Import and Export personnel from ground level to Executive hire.
Prior to recruitment, Laura had a successful career within a Global Manufacturing company, starting within a Customer Service role progressing to Export Coordinator, to Internal Sales and then within Specification Sales resulting in her qualification within the GAI (Guild of Architectural Ironmongery)
Laura’s clients range within SME’s to large Bluechip company’s. Laura is passionate about her candidate and client journey, provides full support from start to finish in a consultative manner and will work in partnership fully to build a long term relationship with all who crosses her path.
Leigh has recently joined Involve Recruitment Midlands to head up the Construction division. Leigh brings over 20 years’ experience within construction recruitment to the business. Leigh is specifically experienced in the Main Contract sector and is considered an expert within the field.
