Having gained 20+ years’ experience in the recruitment sector Victoria has recently been appointed as Director for Involve Recruitment (Midlands Ltd), the latest branch in the expansion of Involve Recruitment, situated in the prestigious Deansgate offices in Wolverhampton.
Victoria’s career in recruitment spans two decades and has seen her head up teams within large global and national organisations as well as independent recruitment businesses.
Victoria has extensive experience across the Commercial, Construction and Technical sectors, in both operational and training and development capacities. Her expertise covers the full recruitment service solution, from volume recruitment for large, blue chip organisations to individual hires for SMEs and local businesses.
Julie brings over 11 years of commercial recruitment experience to Involve Recruitment and was integral in opening the branch with Victoria in April 2019. Having had a successful career with a national high street recruiter, Julie specialises in the permanent commercial sector.
Julie is specifically trained to recruit for Business Admin Support, Sales and Marketing, HR, Customer Services and Call Centre, Finance and Accounts, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport, Import and Export personnel from ground level to Executive hire. Prior to recruitment Julie had a successful career within financial services and therefore has bought this knowledge with her to specialise in the financial services sector. Her client partners range from large blue-chip financial organisations, to smaller, independent companies looking for a specific individual.

Laura has over 7 years of Commercial and HR recruitment experience with a national recruiter and specialises in the Permanent, Temporary and contract Commercial sector .
Laura is specifically trained to recruit for Business Admin Support, Sales and Marketing, HR, Customer Services and Call Centre,, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport, Import and Export personnel from ground level to Executive hire.
Prior to recruitment, Laura had a successful career within a Global Manufacturing company, starting within a Customer Service role progressing to Export Coordinator, to Internal Sales and then within Specification Sales resulting in her qualification within the GAI (Guild of Architectural Ironmongery)
Laura’s clients range within SME’s to large Bluechip company’s. Laura is passionate about her candidate and client journey, provides full support from start to finish in a consultative manner and will work in partnership fully to build a long term relationship with all who crosses her path.
Dara has recently joined the Commercial team to aid in recruiting and selecting commercial candidates across temporary, permanent, and contract sectors. With over 8 years of experience in recruitment, Dara brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial and industrial recruitment. She has worked within the business support sector, manufacturing and industrial sectors demonstrating an exemplary record in compliance and regulated industry recruitment processes. Dara’s focus will be on fostering candidate relationships within the Administration, Financial Services, HR, Purchasing, and Sales Support divisions.
Leigh has recently joined Involve Recruitment Midlands to head up the Construction division. Leigh brings over 20 years’ experience within construction recruitment to the business. Leigh is specifically experienced in the Main Contract sector and is considered an expert within the field.
Leigh’s expertise lies in forging strong client relationships and offering a full consultative service to his clients and candidates alike, advising on career movement and development, recruitment strategy and market trends. Leigh’s division will focus on growing our presence within the construction sector in the Midlands, specialising in the placement of white collar professionals, including but not limited to Contract Managers, Project/ Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Technical staff such as Design Managers and Engineers. With 18 years’ experience in recruitment Laura has joined Involve Recruitment to specialise in the recruitment and selection of Mechanical and Electrical professionals. With extensive knowledge and expertise in this sector, Laura has garnished solid relationships with some of the UK’s largest and most successful M & E Contractors. With an impressive career as an award winning consultant, Laura’s remit is to further develop the growing M & E team from our Birmingham office. Shelley brings 7 years recruitment experience to the Midlands team. Having started her career in Industrial recruitment, Shelley moved began to specialise in the permanent recruitment market, initially Commercial and developing within M & E permanent recruitment. Shelley has been an award winning consultant during her time in this sector and has an expert ability to build relationships with her clients and candidates. She is a strong business developer, and has a solid technical understanding of the M & E market. Shelley will be specialising in the placement of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Estimators and Fire and Security professionals. Sam joins Involve with a background in social housing recruitment and has specialised in placing blue collar Trades and Labour operatives. Sam’s main focus is identifying new business opportunities to strengthen the Trades and Labour team. He will be working with major blue chip companies in and around the West and East Midlands.
Leah has recently joined Involve to assist with the growth of the trades and labour division. Her role is to identify key trades and labour operatives and place them with specialist tier 1 contractors and sub-contractors. She has a strong background in sales and relationship management and is focused on continuing to develop our presence in this fast moving sector.
