Adam specialise’s in the supply of contingent labour to the civils and Rail Industry, to include P-way, Cable pulling, Troughing, Pts civils trades, Safety critical and Hand back and track monitoring (TQS).
Adam has 22 years’ experience with-in the rail, civils infrastructure, frameworks and Projects. He’s also a qualified engineer himself.
Martyn is currently overseeing project delivery and business growth.
He has worked in the Rail industry for over 10 years and has managed a wide variety of Rail projects with many clients in the industry.
Gareth has been working in the rail industry for over 8 years.
Gareth looks after a number of Involve Rail Projects, he manages and accurately produces work plans and being financially aware of the costings associated with our Projects and highlighting any areas where costs are growing. He also provides support to the Operations Director for the day to day running of our Projects.
Dave has been in the rail industry for over 15 years looking after a number of projects from AFA (Access for All), Bridge Reconstructions, Resignalling, Earthworks, Sea Defence Works, Tunnel Works and Track Works.
His day to day duties are too keep the CM’s up to date with any changes to NR standards, changes to workloads i.e. delegating CM’s to Projects based on suitability he will also arrange with the CM’s to liaise with the Project Manager’s to establish a relationship with the Project team which will enable the CM’s to be involved in the production of the technical requirements and to give construction advice.
Cohen is responsible for ensuring that client’s requirements for all Labour are successfully resourced, planned and managed. He oversees recruitment and development of the resource team to build successful working relationships with clients and track workers to ensure that the highest operational standards and all quality and legal legislation are met.
Cohen works pro-actively in order to deal with issues relating to the successful supply of Labour and manage costs/identify efficiencies that can be made through regular reviews of processes in the rail department.
Jodie has been within the Rail /construction industry since 2014 as administration and over the years gained the experience and the skill set to be promoted to her current position as resource manager
Most of her experience has been dealing with large principal contractors maintaining agreed frameworks for contingent labour.
Jay Is a qualified track inducted PTS with over 2 years’ experience.
He Joined Involve Rail Ltd in September 2022 as a Resource Assistant and has progressed to Resource Manager in a short space of time gaining an excellent understanding and facilitating our clients requirements.
Michelle has recently Joined Involve RAIL LTD as a Compliance and Sentinel Manger.
Michelle has over 8 year’s experience in Recruitment and 14 years in manufacturing specializing in Health & Safety and Quality Control.
