Alongside company Director Ryan Jones both him and Dan have an extensive range of experience and knowledge of the Construction and Allied Trades sector industry. Dan has a number of years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry, specialising in Mechanical and Electrical before embarking on his own company.
Together Dan and Ryan founded Involve Recruitment in 2013 and it has been a great success, being named one of the fastest growing companies in 2017.
Ryan Jones has over 15 years’ experience within the Recruitment Construction Industry working for reputable regional and national companies. With a history of military experience (Army 5 years), Ryan has implemented his skill set into the Involve the Group of Companies. With his professionalism, attention to details and his transferable skills he leads by example.
Rhys has worked in the Construction Industry since 2010 and specialises in the Civil division at Involve. Rhys’ success has contributed to him being a Company Director.
James has worked in the construction recruitment sector since 2012. He manages the Civils division nationwide and specialises in the supply of all civil engineering utilities and groundwork trades.
Elliot is a recruitment consultant for our Construction division covering all trades across Wales.
Elliot has a background in both sales and recruitment.
He’s very passionate about sports, both as a football player & coach.
Andy has worked for Involve Recruitment since 2015 after spending the previous 10 years as a sales manager for a national automotive corporation.
Andy supplies Mechanical and Electrical operatives to the Construction industry but has also supplied various trades, labour and white collar staff over his time at Involve.
Billy Joined in September 2023 from working in education and coaching.
He’s responsible for resourcing white collar roles in particular permanent positions.
Billy’s an Enthusiastic worker with a sporting background in rugby and martial arts.
Sophie Joined in 2022 after graduating from Swansea University with a 2:1 in International Travel and Tourism Management.
She is now an account manager for our production/manufacturing division. As well as a resourcer for our electrical and mechanical division.
Since starting at Involve Joe has been a big asset to the Civils Division, naturally taken to the resourcing role and is continuing to develop his industry knowledge.
Cara joined Involve in 2014. Cara manages the back-office staff who provide accounts and admin support to Involve Group and supports the Managing Directors.
Jane is responsible for all aspects of credit control including credit insurance cover and legal processing.
Outside of work Jane likes to socialise and has an extreme passion for animals. She has also been a volunteer for a local animal charity for over 25 years.
Libby joined the admin team in 2016. Libby’s role is to deal with all weekly timesheets and payroll for Involve Group. Outside of this Libby deals with general admin and also organises work events for the company.
Asha joined Involve in 2015. Asha is responsible for internal HR for each of our companies and ensures we are up to date with all company compliance.
Kelly joined Involve in 2017. Kelly’s role is to process all sales invoices for Involve Group. As well as her main role, Kelly deals with general admin and supports Managing Directors.
Suzanne Validates worker’s right to work and qualifications to ensure they are compliant with Government regulations.
Prior to joining Involve Suzanne worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years, and in the last several years worked as an NVQ assessor and trainer for a 24/7 insurance and home emergency team of over 100 workers. After so many years working in the same industry, Suzanne decided she needed a change in career and has really enjoyed and excelled taking on a different role.
Nathan joined Involve in 2022, Nathan’s role is processing timesheet’s as well as processing sales invoices for the Midlands, North and South West offices.
Prior to working at Involve Nathan worked in an accountancy practice for 6 years.
