My well established Distribution client based in Wolverhampton are looking for a Project Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. This will be working 20 hours per week over 4 days with the possibly of this increasing to full time in the near future. This will be an immediate start for the successful candidate.
Duties:
- Assisting Project Director in all aspects of administration
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and organising project activities and timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and logs.
- Update project management systems and databases regularly
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- Manage project files, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Ensure all project processes comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
- Support risk and issue tracking and help escalate concerns when needed.
Key Skills:-
- Ideally have worked in a similar role previously
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT systems – ideally advanced Excel skills
