Ed is A 15-Year Veteran of the construction industry, he has worked for companies such as ISG and Bouygues specialising in crane management and construction logistics.
Now being part of Involve logistics Ed is looking forward to being part of changing the dynamics of the welsh construction market and bringing a new approach to construction logistics.
Alongside company Director Ryan Jones both him and Dan have an extensive range of experience and knowledge of the Construction and Allied Trades sector industry. Dan has a number of years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry, specialising in Mechanical and Electrical before embarking on his own company.
Together Dan and Ryan founded Involve Recruitment in 2013 and it has been a great success, being named one of the fastest growing companies in 2017.
Ryan Jones has over 15 years’ experience within the Recruitment Construction Industry working for reputable regional and national companies. With a history of military experience (Army 5 years), Ryan has implemented his skill set into the Involve the Group of Companies. With his professionalism, attention to details and his transferable skills he leads by example.
