The Role
- Business development — winning new clients
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Building and growing your own desk
- Account management and client retention
- Sourcing and placing candidates
- Negotiating fees and closing deals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background
- Track record of billing or business development
- Confident in winning new business
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong relationship-building skills
