Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with an exceptional manufacturing company to recruit for a EXPORT SALES ADMINISTRATOR to support the Export Sales Manager in creating an exceptional customer journey
Daily duties
- Process customer orders and ensure customer receives order acknowledgments
- Take responsibility for the order management flow, liaising with all departments as and when required
- Respond to customer enquiries and action
- Record activity in Company Salesforce CRM
- Organise transport for non-standard deliveries and ensure on time
- Export administration such as Commercial invoices, Bill of laden, EUR1’s etc
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment and have experience within a export admin / project admin / sales admin based role
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm
Salary – £28,000 – £30,000 with a Companywide bonus scheme
