We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to support our busy Wolverhampton office. This is an entry-level role with full training provided — perfect for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Managing candidate pipelines
- Supporting senior consultants on live roles
- Building relationships with candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, driven and target-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and proactive personality
- Sales, retail or customer service experience is a bonus (not essential)
- Desire to build a long-term career
